Without his world class performances, Leicester may well have finished below 18th place last season. When Ward is between the sticks, the confidence of defenders visibly grows. He is an inspirational figure. For short periods of every match he has played in, he has conceded no goals. I assume other clubs won’t want to pay his wages that he was on pre relegation when they could get him cheaper even it’s a 6 month loan. There isn't a chance Ward leaves. Absolutely nada. Those 26 games have essentially destroyed his career.
