Too much coincidence that rumours started coming out about him and him following us around the time El Khannouss to Crystal Palace started picking up steam. That would make sense to be fair

winteriscoming Posted 19 August 2025 Posted 19 August 2025 Can’t see it catching on where a club is lining up a replacement before a current player leaves…. You can imagine Top and Rudkin discussing it. Top - Can clubs do that John, sign a player before one of their own players joins another club? Rudkin - I don’t know. That’s a new one on me. I’ll google it. Top - well?? Rudkin - Forget that. I’ve solved our striker problems. Apparently there’s an experienced lad at Leeds available……. 2

I doubt Palace will want go to what Southampton want, which is £50m. Southampton have been rejecting bids as the hold out for more. Palace have to act quick so I’d imagine they’ll step up their interest to get a replacement in first and quickly. Edited 20 August 2025 by Lesta Legend
LestaLad Posted 20 August 2025 Posted 20 August 2025 I imagine we hear Palace have had a bid accepted for Bilal today.

What I can't understand is Palace's thinking behind it. I genuinely don't think BEK will get to even half of the levels of Eze. They should have gone for Grealish on loan, or someone like that. 3

Yeah I don't look at Eze play and think, wow.... we have our own version in BEK 🫣🤔 1
Popular Post Finnegan Posted 20 August 2025 Popular Post Posted 20 August 2025 I love how you've all started convincing yourself BEK is crap because he's obviously leaving He's an extremely talented footballer with a pretty high ceiling. He'll have a good top flight career. 18
Pliskin Posted 20 August 2025 Posted 20 August 2025 I’m not convinced he will go. Palace aren’t the type to throw money around….. I think they will go for the cheapest deal. But then again, We will probably let them pay for it over 100 year instalments.
