that would be far too sensible  and ‘sensible’ isn’t a Word I would attach to our club

I actually think Monga wouldn’t be as good as a 10.

less space to beat a man in that role which is clearly his biggest strength.

If he gets the ball deep and can run at then it could really work not many 10s get to do that

Cash in if he doesn’t want to be here. Another player with a big ceiling but often fell massively short when we needed him last season. Will probably thrive at a well run club like palace so best of luck to him.

Palace linked with Hee-Chan from Wolves, similar wide attacking type player

Isn't he a striker?

Dragging on and on and on. WE have every right to demand a substantial fee as replacing at this stage is unlikely and we'll be ripped off ourselves being desperate but we all know Rudkin will accept a measly £25m in instalments and that'll be that.

I know we don’t really need him but from a business perspective I’d be interested to see if we could add in a discounted rak-seyki into the deal.

Fatawu is definitely going to leave in the summer, it feels inevitable. If we go up I can see a big deal and taking it to give us some psr space or we stay down and he demands to go.

I’d like the idea of using this year to bed him in and hopefully have a star for the future.

He was on the bench for Palace at the weekend, in agreement.

He was supposed to join Sheffield U but they didn’t have the cash this year. They’d be open to it

Palace rubbing their hands together and delighted to be dealing with Jon Rudkin again

“Remember when Jon took Edouard off us and paid all his wages too” 90k per week plus the fee and Leicester paid it, not only that we were sure they’d ask for a break in his contract in January if he wasn’t used but Jon never asked so I can’t wait to deal with him again”

I don't believe he was on 90k a week, Palace don't pay well and he's just come down from the porridge gobblers.

I remember the days when the first I heard about a transfer was back page of the Mercury at about 3:45pm when it got posted through my letter box!

I don’t think it’s ’dragging on’ as such, I just think  that thanks to social media, we get to hear about every minute detail that still previously happened, we just never heard about..
