Yeah but how is this squad going to cope with the 76 points deficit we're going to have to make up after the deduction?  Not to mention the inevitable transfer embargo and public executions.

Seems obvious that the sustainable way forward for this club is through the academy, even if we end up as a feeder club for a few years, it’ll keep us ticking over financially

We may be being run by a bunch of clueless idiots, but watching our youngsters (if given a chance) will be more than worth the price of admission this season. Monga in particular is different class.

We're about 5 years on from the training ground opening up and 12 years on from becoming a Category 1 academy.

 

We should be getting good players coming through regularly.

We have been Chelsea feeder club for a while.
