That's 3 minutes of my life I won't get back.....why these bitter spurs fans spend the time and effort to produce such stuff is baffling and tragic.... they fail to realize  putting somebody else down does not lift you up...teenagers need to learn this life lesson..

Shouldn't they be saying we are unbelievably good? Then if they overtake us then it makes them even better than they perceive themselves?

I think they are good teams, especially Spurs, they are fantastic. We must be a pretty good side to be above them.

 I've heard lots of reasons why we don't deserve to be where we are this season but "because I've never watched Breaking Bad" is a new one. lol

 

Needless to say the opinion of a bloke who claims "I'll find out for myself  [if a show's any good]" having already boasted that he's too counter-culture to even try watching an episode of said show can be safely laughed out the room.  What a wally, I'm astounded he can even operate a computer.

I hate point 5, saying we will loose the 4th champions league spot cos we will be poor in the competition, surely years of shitty man utd, arsenal, man city and Chelsea are causing us to loose this spot?

You can't loose it in 1 year.

Tbh that whole article is a load of garbage, the first point says he don't jump on bandwagons, he will find out if something is good for him self, how do you find out if something is good if you don't watch it?

Just watched Leicester/Palace from last weekend Leicester are such an effective team.

Kante pressing the opposition into submission with Drinkwater controlling the game from behind is a great midfield two. Easily the best centre midfield two in the league. I can't believe how good Drinkwater's passing is, it was excellent during this game. Long, short, left foot, right foot. The build-up to their goal came almost entirely from Drinkwater; playing one-twos with the defenders, then plays a great 30 yard pass (brilliant vision) into Albrighton which leads to a cross. Once the cross is cleared, Drinkwater is there to instantly play it straight into Vardy's feet out wide and the goal comes from there. I love seeing that - the midfielder giving it to an attacker in a dangerous position really early. Seriously impressive play from Drinkwater.

No nonsense centre backs too. Morgan and Huth just defend correctly, nothing fancy, nothing glamorous, just defending. Otamendi and Mangala should be made to watch these two all week.

Vardy and Okazaki are such a handful. Okazaki's workrate is incredible, him and Kante are easily the two hardest workers in the league. Okazaki presses the centre backs intensely, then drops back into midfield making it a 4-4-1-1. He does this all game, so impressive to watch. Watch Bony lumber about up front for us then watch Okazaki put absolutely everything into every game. It's night and day really.

The most impressive thing about Leicester is that they're not a team of individuals, they're a team and the team comes first. Everything they do is for the benefit of the team. We could learn a hell of a lot from them. Well deserved winners of the league this season.

Leicester will win the league which is very embarrassing for the Premier League as a whole. How did the top clubs let this happen!? with the money spent this shouldn't never be allowed to happen.

Can't stand that smug **** Vardy lifting the trophy. Might turn off from football for awhile and watch a "proper man's" sport ala Rugby.

I only look forward to Leicester getting smashed around next season by the likes of Barca and Bayern to bring them down to earth.. they are not a top team so don't get use to it. Wouldn't be shocked if they are fighting relegation next season and it is like.. what was the point!? they have to compete on 2 fronts next season and have CL distractions.

Sometimes it is better for a club to build up to getting into the CL, to be fully prepared, not to get humiliated/embarrassed by the best teams. Yeah well done Leicester, but the positive is they won't have long to celebrate (seeing that smug/arrogant Vardy) before people's attention turns to the European Championships and then next season. It will be very short-lived as if they are struggling next season nobody will say "oh well they had a good season last season" football fans have short memories.

I prefer Forest's story it was back when football was still a working man's sport, and there was more romance in football, more characters.

First of all, credit where it's due. Pretty much to a man the posters there are condemning the idiot who posted the first message.  Obviously we all like to hear positive things said about our team, but I particularly like the 2nd post for its recognition of Drinkwater first but also the team thing. This is the entire crux of Leicester's success this season - the team comes first. Everyone in this team plays for the greater good.  If they didn't, then we would be so much less effective - for example if Vardy had shot against Palace instead of crossing it.  He may still have scored - who knows?  But he's been doing that whenever possible this season as it matters more that the team scores than he scores.  This team spirit is the vital thing that the opposition fans that don't understand our success miss out on.

The irony of this statement coming from a fan of the most modern football club of the era.

He talks about spending money equating to a right to win the league and the juxtapositions that with how he prefers a working mans sport lol

Man city fans forget where they came from and how they got there. They used their money to get into the top 5, breaking ffp, paying off huge fines, loopholes naming their stadium to help ffp and fudge the figures. They have been an embarrassment this season and need to look at their own club and the money wasted on players rather than slating other teams.

Imagine being traumatized by the thought of Jamie Vardy lifting the Premier League trophy (whether that's because he's smug or because of casino-gate whatever), but being totally fine with Brian Clough winning the top flight and European Cup.

I reckon the negative comments are mainly made by those that started supporting Man City when the oil money came in. No way could a life long fan turn talk that amount of shit.

most Man City fans I've seen comments from still seem to be grounded and intelligent...much less of a self entitlement attitude amongst them

Agreed. We are doing something that every fan of lower league clubs/smaller prem clubs dream of - their team one day competing for the premier league title. Surely every one of those REAL fans would be behind us? Why would any sane person want money to triumph over teamwork and spirit?

You see this is what I don't understand about the Abramovich's, Glazer's, Henry's (That's the Liverpool owner right?) of the world.

 

If I had a load of cash, enough the buy a football club as a toy, I don't think i'd buy a club that is already somewhat successful, i'd buy a club that is lower Prem, Championship at a push League One, that has had abit of history with potential and i'd aim to build it up and turn it into a competitive side at a high level.

 

I mean don't get me wrong, no-one expected this, certainly this soon, and it's easy to say in hindsight, but i've always had that opinion.

 

Our owners must have had much more of a thrill and got a great deal more for their money compared to the likes of the people i've listed above.

Tbf I think Man City fans in general do remember where they came from and how fortunate they've been over recent years after many dark years. Bluemoon has always been full of praise for us ever since the fa cup ties a few years ago

 

That malty poster on the Man City forum must have been a Man Utd fan before the oil money.

 

Of course all clubs have bellend fans and Man City's and ours are no exception but I do find Man City fans a million times more likeable than two certain North London clubs I could mention. Like us they've come from the gutter and they've done their stint in the third tier and I believe we're joint holders of the most second tier titles. They've been lucky enough to have the sugar daddy of all sugar daddies fall into their laps but by and large their fans are grounded and know where they came from and haven't discovered that self entitlement that goes with following an elite club just yet unlike supporters of historical elite clubs.

There's a big Leicester fan who is going to open a bar in the Costa Del Sol area of Spain (don't know where exactly) and has got some LCFC-related stuff ready to go on display there.
