I tell you another odd thing.... what other vacant job in World Football would have a betting list that contains the name of TWO people who currently works as an international manager???

If we needed a manager tomorrow the list wouldn't include TWO current club managers would it!

Why is there no talk of poaching managers who have made it to the Euro QF's stage?

Did you get him at 8/1 @@Dan LCFC ?

Was about to and then it dropped to 3/1 lol but still managed to get 6/1 with Bet365. 6/4 by the morning.

Can we replace everyone at the FA first then look at a new manager.

For me BigSam, Howe or Pearson .... Any of those would do a good job. But don't hold your breath cus it ain't going to happen, we'll end up with some clueless knob like we always do.

Potential stupid question here - if it was Southgate interim, the bookies would pay out on Southgate right?

has to be full time to be a winner. unless you have a generous bookie. ie. a stuart pearce situation where we need someone to manage the next set of international fixtures cos we're waiting for someone else would be a loser.

sky and a few others have "to manage next england game" books open for this reason.

only counts if they manage them for at least ten games I believe. Not including friendlies

My top three would be Howe, Allardyce and Shearer - (although not mentioned as a name in the poll)

Do we need an interim manager? Surely our next game isn't for a while and we can still choose a permanent manager without rushing the process.

Southgate says NO

lol LOL lol LOL

Really all we need is the queen to die and England will collapse into a catatonic state of despair and grief

lol

depends if they have a job atm i guess. didnt we have hodgson lined up but he was west brom manager and didnt want to just abandon ship.

names like klinsmann, wenger etc could be similar i guess. we basically don't have a meaningful game for two years, may as well see what we can come up with in that time than just give it to glenn fu cking hoddle.

Well I have heard he looks good in a suit but he isn't my cup of tea personally

He looks even better in his swimming trunks
