People do understand that we appointed Ranieri last season and not Colin W7nker, Pardew or Big Sam, he is always going to say he is happy with what he has in public and he is not one for shouting out that his players are all shite and it is all their fault, what is being said to the media and what is being done behind closed doors will be very different

Don't see people's problem with what he's said? He's said it so we don't seem too desperate for a CB and are less likely to get ripped off when trying to buy one. Would people rather him say Benny's shite and we're screwed if we don't sign anyone?

It seems we are actively trying to make signings and we are also getting rid of some dead wood. I cant see the issue here. If we dont get a defender then Benny will be useful. I cant remember many positive words about Weso or Hernandez so I cant see the harm in calling on a player who we pay wages too

Benny had some good cameo appearances, and had the right attitude last year. As back up he is worth keeping.

 

Huth and Morgan have not been at their best this season, but they have not become crap overnight from being title winners.
