We're in the next round that's all that matters

better second half obviously

Ulloa should never ever ever be picked ever again

The F.A. Will be receiving reports of his head injury and a recommendation that he doesn't be allowed return any time soon. So far they've received around 30,000 such reports.

What a strange game that was.

First half was eye-gougingly bad.

Ulloa and Slimani held on to a grand total of 0 balls.

Iborra, Albrighton and Ndidi seemed like they had a competition about passing to red jerseys.

Gray being his usual self with great runs and woeful end product/decision making.

The defense was hilariously out of tune with Amartey giving Robertson the freedom of Leicester and Chilwell nearly gifiting a great chance.

One would've thought that the second half would bring changes, but truth is we only really started to compete because Coutinho went off and Ulloa had a laugh about how bad he could play and still be on the pitch until he took matters into his own hands.

But even then (!) we were still bloody dreadful.

Gray got more into the game, but he really produced nothing of note until we were 2-0 up come to think of it.

Slimani, I swear, did NOTHING good with the ball bar his goal and the layoff leading up to it.

Iborra I'd argue was even worse than first half and somehow he gets an assist to his name.

Shinji is really the only player who impressed tonight and how fitting it was that he scuffs in a deflected shot.

Unfortunately none of them arrived before the FA's deadline

Shakespeare is a dead man walking based on that.

Yes we won, but the why's and wherefores are totally independent of his input.

Ludicrous to put Iborra in a 2 man midfield.

He's not cut out for that type of roll Shakey ffs.

The first half was devoid of any inspiration, tactical nous or plan.

Unless this win is a turning point from where we can gather momentum, I struggle to see him being successful.

To repeat a better second half; which the manager had nothing to do with.

He fluked it.

What the hell did we watch? That was the most bipolar performance I have seen. First half we were utterly abysmal. We looked like a League One team. Second half we decided to turn up.

Thank you to Ulloa for winning us the game. Match winning injury.

It's disgusting the match fixing that goes on in football these days. Anyone with at least 2 brain cells could see that Liverpool were dominating that game and deserved to win. However, the cheat club Leicester and the FA once again ruin another quality Liverpool performance. Football is a dead sport with stupid, deluded fans who can't spot these obvious atrocities that are being allowed to happen

You can't criticise him for the first half and then say he had nothing to do with the second. Most of the people on here seemed to want Nacho in the match thread for starters.

Gray has to start instead of Mahrez on Saturday, but then Albrighton never looks as good on the right, which is strange.

Okazaki performance almost certainly means him and Vardy up front. Liverpool are perfect for Okazaki, try and play the ball but often lose it.

Don't get this mentality, mahrez has been one of our better players.

Albrighton has been awful all season, but goes unnoticed, if gray comes in for anyone, for me it's Albrighton.

A Liverpool fan who again doesn't realise the game is played over two halfs...
