Shakey Sacked

Let’s waste an international break to then sack him one game later... this club is regressing... becoming a massive embarrassment.

They probably gave him WBA to prove them wrong. But Bournemouth away should have been the game that decided his future and then used the International break to find a replacement.

You think they don't have a right to be angry about having to find out through the national press that their boss had been sacked?

Oh that, I admit it was done with a rare elegance, a bit like the Ranieri sacking. It's becoming a club's trademark.

My  post was meant more in the "player power" sense. We'll find out soon enough why we persisted to play in a system that clearly wasn't working.

You can't turn a tortoise into a racehorse, but you can turn it into a fast tortoise.

How about if you add a turbo?

Tortoise Gti?

If the players felt so strongly they would have been putting ****ing performances in. We've been nowhere near good enough this season regardless of tactics.

Running more doesn't make you win if your tactics are shit.

Anyone else thinking as well that there was some player revolt causing this?

Did you read my post and the club statement?

The performances have regressed, there was no progression but regression, hence the sacking.

It would be an easy guess to hazard, but I imagine a clause of Leicester being in this current league position at this point in time would trigger his departure, was in his 'contract' somewhere.

I don't think its sad and I doubt its done too much damage to his reputation, somebody will snap him up as an assistant all too soon.

Deserves no ill feeling at all, he will always be remembered for the good times.

that will be the same senior players who conspired to get Claudio the sack.  Vardy, Fuchs and Scmeichel to name but three.  All of the players need a manager who is notm going to take any shite and tell them they don't run the team.  If they don't like it the transfer window reopens in January and they can feck off.

The problem is who are three back -up for those players? That's your bigger problem.

Bit sad for him...but couldn't be doing watching that brand of anti-football for much longer...he's gone, so move on.

Helicopter to Watford, grab their Manager, job done.

A little strange although he has contributed to his own demise by his Team tactics and selections. It also seems as if he's paying the highest price for the failure of others at the Club.

The standout Candidate of Managers in our size is Silva from Watford. He's proved himself to be a top class Manager and destined for the very top. Why not here with us

He's hungry to succeed and so is our Owners. Just buy him out of Watford and see us zoom up the Table.

East Midlands news reporting from outside the KP and it sounds like people being shot inside.

Probably Vardy throwing a fit realising he cant dictate to his mate anymore

Two good things about this, we have departed from a novice manager whose tactics seemed a bit one directional and Woy is otherwise occupied. Beyond that the club is unstable, big spending on transfers and wages with very little return and a managerial revolving door.

Shame to see it end this way after some magnificent years, but it can't be argued it's not deserved with performances and the tactics we've seen so far. Great coach, mediocre manager

Who the F*** is going to be in charge of the team until we find a replacement now lol

The Birch and Filbert.   Rudkin on bucket and sponge duty

Why do people think we can just grab another teams manager. Tbf I don’t think we look like an attractive prospect at the moment

You are reading it wrong, Ranierri 4 years pay for 1 and a bit years work. Shakey will get 2 years pay for a few months. Sounds to me like a perfect appointment opportunity.
