I'm pretty certain Vardy played 28 minutes for England and did not ever touch the ball.Easy way to make a living he must be fuming inside.

Bring us back some tulips please

Several times he was on the shoulder with a load of space but hey just don't play that ball -and he knows its not coming .No urgency at all we have no chance at international level.Some of the play in our own box was dire including Pickford just no need to play like that but pick Stones and that's what you get.

No point Vardy being in England squad...England play boring slow football...told not to pass long and wouldn't know a counter attack if it kicked Stones in his nads!!

Just want to ping it up....That man Vardy scored again..

If we had a 2nd consistent 10+ goalstriker,and an Iborra scoring ca 10goals from midfield we could

Chase top 5.

 

This post though ..is for Vardy. Roll over/create regular openings ,the man will score.

I swear if he would be at CPalace or Burnley,he would have 25+ goals...

 

If Southgate want England to go far in this yrs Wcup,he should play both Vardy and Kane,

and get the midfield to feed quick ball,instead of prancing around.

I actually think english midfielders are too stupid,they see but dont play the obvious through ball.

Too slow and negative,in attitude.  Players like Kane and Vardy Suffer because of it..!!

We have all been privileged to witness the development of Vardy , as it turns out he could not have gone to a better club than us. I've seen most of the great players we have had over the years but Vardy will always have a special place in my affection because of his work rate, tenacity, that little nasty streak the very best players have and his finishing has become super clinical, combine that with the fastest player I've seen, but he does not run like a headless chicken, combined with touch and skill and the fact at the end of the day he's still got more in common with the hard grafting supporters who love him as their own- plus he winds up the opposition better than any other. The guy is no fool either - he has nurtured his talents and worked hard and stayed on the rails. I'd love to think that one day we might see "arise Sir Jamie Vardy of  somewhere in Lincolnshire" - he is an inspiration to everyone who works hard to achieve things in their life. Plus he's a good dad to the kids which goes a long way in my book.

next season this should be the target, a second striker with a good goal contribution and a midfielder who can pop up aswell

Quite impressive,

we really don’t know how fortunate we are to have such a gifted striker,like mahrez he can be quiet for 90 mins but pop up with a vital goal,

easily my all time favourite city player

The improvement in his technical ability is incredible. I've never seen anything like it.

 

He's got a while left yet I think. He's adapted his game accordingly.

 

15 goals in the league this season. Excellent return. I reckon he can get to 20.
