I still remember the trip back, was so slow getting out of London but it was great on the motorway, seeing the odd banner flying from bridges and the beautiful weather, my voice had gone and I had a sore throat but I was happy.
Corky Posted 26 May 2018 Share Posted 26 May 2018 In the same way Sky have needed us v West Brom for "local" interest, us v Wolves is nailed on to be televised at least once next year.
Old Fox Posted 26 May 2018 Share Posted 26 May 2018 Fulham - good day out and they will spend big pre-season. Villa will have a major battle now after the premier league payments have ran out......maybe could end up in the Championship for a while with an ageing side needing reconstruction - so sad
copunk Posted 26 May 2018 Share Posted 26 May 2018 Delighted for Fulham, hate villa with a passion, guess old terry won't have to play against Chelsea next season after all
st albans fox Posted 26 May 2018 Share Posted 26 May 2018 Fredericks had better get a 3 game ban for that first half stamp after the sh1t decisions we had to put up with this last season.

Mark 'expert' Lawrenson Posted 26 May 2018 Share Posted 26 May 2018 What a rag tag team we were! The magnificent Willis, Ormo, Gibson, Walsh up front, in my darkest memories Coatsworth played but the mind plays tricks.

StriderHiryu Posted 26 May 2018 Share Posted 26 May 2018 (edited) Was rooting for Liverpool. Really bad luck with Salah but Karius is stealing a living as a keeper! Edit: but now Mane has equalised! Edited 26 May 2018 by StriderHiryu
AYLESBURY FOX 1961 Posted 26 May 2018 Share Posted 26 May 2018 so very unusually the three promoted teams from last year all avoided relegation from the prem and all the relegated teams didnt manage to bounce straight back up - which in theory should mean there are six teams in the prem who are financially quite weak as they havent enjoyed years of prem money....
