If our failure to bring in any other players is based on working within the parameters of a budget that we've nearly reached then we are pretty foolish if we don't sell him. I am content with our squad in the short term but I still think we need another versatile attacking midfielder who is exceptional and we could have funded that by selling Maguire.

 

It has been funny pissing off Utd fans but I am now hoping this just gets sorted in the next 2-3 days and we can get our targets across the line.

However, if the offer is 80m up front and it is still on the table next Wednesday/Thursday then I can see Top sitting down with Harry and I believe IF he really wants to go, then Top will let him.

Well I'm going to write to the Man Utd ticket office offering them £20 for a ticket - £15 up front with the remaining £5 to be paid if Leicester win the game.

 

If they refuse I'm going to get all my mates to tweet everyday about how unhappy I'm being made to feel and the fact that they're denying me the opportunity to watch my club play at the 'Theatre of Dreams'. 

 

If that still doesn't work I'm going to ask UpTheLeagueFox to tell the nation on a daily basis via TalkSport about how unreasonable United are treating me and as a football supporter I shouldn't be denied the opportunity to follow my team.  

 

Should that not work, I'm then going to go around telling everybody how delighted I am that United have agreed to sell me a ticket for £20 and how much I'm looking forward to watching the game even though I don't actually have a ticket. 

 

Should that fail, I will then up the offer by £2 and in the event that United reject my proposal I'll openly ridicule United's arrogance that they should have the audacity to turn me down me because as a supporter that follows my local team I'm a far superior supporter than 99% of their plastic fans who live everywhere but Manchester. 

 

Finally if I've still not secured a ticket, I'm going to rock up at the turnstile on matchday and constantly whinge to the turnstile steward about how I've done all of the above whilst also explaining that as a consequence my team will be disadvantaged by not having my support on the day until he eventually gives in and agrees to open the gate.
