Tielemans63 Posted 18 August 2019 Posted 18 August 2019 Kudos to Tim Cahill, he may be the new worst pundit going. His analysis of Chelsea's performance was spectacularly incoherent. Top job. 2

Like a cancer specialist rabbiting on about an ingrowing toenail 4
Harry96 Posted 18 August 2019 Posted 18 August 2019 That analysis was shite. It’s usually half decent on motd 2

CosbehFox Posted 19 August 2019 Posted 19 August 2019 Part of me hopes Wolves give Man U a hiding tonight but wouldn’t be great for our aspirations

I was hoping Man Utd would carry on their form from the end of last season. They looked pretty good against Chelsea, though, so you could be right. I suppose a draw would be good for us, or Wolves getting tonked. There'll be a bright side whatever the result.
Midlands yellow Posted 19 August 2019 Posted 19 August 2019 Who’s the 3 for the drop now then ? Guess it will change twice every weekend .
CosbehFox Posted 19 August 2019 Posted 19 August 2019 I was getting annoyed at numerous media outlets mentioned our goalless run at the weekend. No one mentioned on the context of the opposition during that spell. The Sky commentator even mentioned the Ranieri goalless streak despite the opposition being very different.

Hadn't heard this so looked up our results. We hadn't scored in 3 games games (Wolves, Chelsea and Man City) but we also only conceded once in the last 4 against Wolves, Man City, Chelsea and Arsenal. That's an unbelievable defensive record! No doubt if it was a media darling like Man Utd or Spurs they'd have put the positive spin on the results. 1

According to some in the media that defensive record would have been 100% down to Harry Maguire..... even the Wolves clean sheet would have been as a result of his influence in pre-season or something.

They win one game & they are full of themselves. I have a bet on for Wolves to win so I may be biased.
Langston Posted 19 August 2019 Posted 19 August 2019 I want Wolves to give them a good slapping, can't see it though
Md9 Posted 19 August 2019 Posted 19 August 2019 Wouldn’t mind seeing Utd lose tonight just to bring them back down to earth a bit. Wolves are no push over so I think they will nick it tonight cue the Utd meltdown and ole out by every Utd fan again in the morning 😂
UniFox21 Posted 19 August 2019 Posted 19 August 2019 Interesting to see how Maguire and Lindelof play against Jimenez and Jota.
surrifox Posted 19 August 2019 Posted 19 August 2019 Don’t like games like this when I want both sides to lose 1
UniFox21 Posted 19 August 2019 Posted 19 August 2019 United could really struggle today, you wouldn't think it having listened to the build up to the game

I’ve been listening to the Five live coverage and had to check after 20 minutes to remind myself who they were playing !
Leeds Fox Posted 19 August 2019 Posted 19 August 2019 I really have no problem with Wolves now, being a similarly sized rival. They did well last season and backed some of their fans hype up. Can’t really knock that. As I was typing this, I remembered they are dodgy as Fuch! 1
