As Wednesday night is CL night, they cannot clash. Therefore, all of their home games kick off at 15:50 so it finishes before CL games start.

The unwillingness of the FA/PL to lobby these ***** in defence of the Fans is outrageous. 

 

There should be a financial penalty for late announcement of fixture changes, with the funds distributed to the clubs and used to subsidise travel.

The issue is that the dates are not fixed The dates they give are only a approximate date of announcement

 

Probably making up for the one in August as that was 5 days before the date

I know. So next time we moan about a Monday/Friday night, let's remember how Guimaraes fans had their whole Europa League group stage ruined by UEFA. If you work normal hours, you would have to take 1.5 days off just to see your team at home.

Palace away on a Sunday is shit. One of my favourite aways of the season ffs.

 

And which neutral wants to watch Crystal Palace v Leicester.

ffs has arsenal been moved again this was moved to a sunday 11th nov as i arranged to come on the saturday for 3pm and now looks like its been moved again to sat evening at 17:30 pm

If the PL said, "this is when we've scheduled games, this is when we're playing them," would Sky say, "well we're not bringing any cameras then."?

 

I don't think so.

 

The PL should play hardball. They have a limited product in high demand, so they should be in the driving seat.

Well, I quite like those moves. Was unable to go Palace on the Saturday so Sunday works better. Can't go Tuesday 3rd December so now it will be Wednesday 4th December, so I can go.

 

And Arsenal is no longer the Sunday game, so bonus.

No, Sky would go: "We've just paid several billion pounds and signed a legally-binding contract giving us the ability to move games that suit us into the slots as part of the contract. Our lawyers will be in touch for breaching these conditions."

 

And you know what, Sky would win.

 

Time to lobby this is for the next round of UK TV rights, not now, unfortunately.

Leicester have had one match screened live so far, the goalless draw with Chelsea in August.
