No one is telling me that this fookin nonsense is making the game better to watch

If you are, you’re a liar

Just bored of the whole thing- the debates about it, micro-analysing of everything.

Non-League football is a much better experience generally now.

None the decisions were given by VAR today. All of them were given by the infield ref and not overturned. So if you don’t like it you’ve got what you wanted today, the game is no different with or without VAR

I love that the same people slagging off VAR for the Barnes decisions (especially the first one), are the people that were loving VAR when Norwich had a goal disallowed against us for pretty much the same thing lol

I can understand the first one but the second one he doesn’t affect the goalkeepers line of sight at all

Check out Lingards goal for Man United and look at Ronaldos position.

Pretty similar to our goals that were ruled out right?

One major difference though

The problem is if you stand in an offside position you give the officials a decision to make. Same with the one that went our way the other day, and Söyüncü going to ground giving away the pen.

To do it once is daft, but to stand in an offside position again is just clueless. So infuriating

Make the ref come and look at the screen everytime, so it's on their head. Don't leave it to a couple of melts in a room who always seem to forget there's more than 1 angle, forget to check it all together

Agree although I think First one is harsh because he is actually moving away from the goal and the keeper eye line can sort of understand it, second one is a joke decision like you said doesn’t affect The keeper

They need to review the offside/keeper impediment rule because, taking today’s game as a fine example, it’s a laughing stock.

Also the ref should just check every big decision on the pitch side screen. Let him decide the final decision.

The worst thing for me today is 3 huge decisions that have ultimately decided the game and not once did the referee come and look at the screen.

What’s the point in it being there?

Exactly. The sodding referee should make the final decision. He has to look at the screen. It is blindingly obvious to all, except the EPL.

It’s not an offence to be in a offside position
