Been saying it for a while now. Sad but true Would like to see him retained as part of the backroom staff. But agree his playing role should end this summer.
Guest Manini Posted 28 December 2019 Posted 28 December 2019 Subs have to be our get out of jail card here.
Pliskin Posted 28 December 2019 Posted 28 December 2019 It’s like us under Poohell, fairly tidy nick a goal and then **** up at the wrong time. I fancy us to win this though, our bench can actually change a game for once, and West Ham are proper, proper dog shite.
UPinCarolina Posted 28 December 2019 Posted 28 December 2019 That was a very disappointing half. Felt disjointed, as one could expect given the mass changes.
martyn Posted 28 December 2019 Posted 28 December 2019 We played pretty well tbf. Impressed with Justin, Mendy and Hamza. Perez aside from his assist has been terrible. Downside is West Ham can't possibly be as bad 2nd half.
Fox85 Posted 28 December 2019 Posted 28 December 2019 Morgans fault that was jesus. Other than that we are playing alright against a very poor west ham side. Albrighton doing well crosses are lethal. WE NEED TO KEEP THE BALL!!!!!!
Guest Kopfkino Posted 28 December 2019 Posted 28 December 2019 Please let this be the last time we see Wes, my ****ing god
Carl the Llama Posted 28 December 2019 Posted 28 December 2019 Honestly given it's our reserve team we've not looked bad until the last 5 minutes there, let's bring on Maddison to give Nacho more to play with and put this game to bed.
TheF1Bob Posted 28 December 2019 Posted 28 December 2019 Playing well but comedy from the dynamic duo blah.
pSinatra Posted 28 December 2019 Posted 28 December 2019 Fuchs not great, but Justin & Mendy having a good game Bring on the first team & smash these. They're dogshit
Charl91 Posted 28 December 2019 Posted 28 December 2019 Some positives to take from this, but you can't help but feel that if we'd played the first time we'd be cruising.
Harry96 Posted 28 December 2019 Posted 28 December 2019 Nacho and Perez simply have to do more when they have the ball. Albrighton and Justin have been good tbf so has choudury, just need that clinical edge in the final third.
gurru991 Posted 28 December 2019 Posted 28 December 2019 Just now, Bazly said: Wes is a nightmare in defence. But Benko can't make the bench
EastAnglianFox Posted 28 December 2019 Posted 28 December 2019 They will bring on Antonio at some point and he's in decent nick

Perez in the hole behind the striker would never have been there in any other match this season, looks more comfortable there than out on the wing even if he's not contributed much apart from that and still looks as weak.
The Guvnor Posted 28 December 2019 Posted 28 December 2019 West Ham really are a poor team, hope Brendans nine changes don't bite him on the arse because we really should be beating these in a canter.
NaijaFox Posted 28 December 2019 Posted 28 December 2019 And to think that we used to have the BEST defense in the EPL less than 2 weeks ago...
dynamark Posted 28 December 2019 Posted 28 December 2019 How is Fabio still on the pitch that was much worse than last nights sending off and why did the ref play on for the corner at 48 mins and 9 seconds when 48 was the limit. We look good going backwards .Maybe a midfielder who can get us going forward for 2nd half
UniFox21 Posted 28 December 2019 Posted 28 December 2019 We should be winning. An appauling penalty and defensively switching off has cost us.
Sampson Posted 28 December 2019 Posted 28 December 2019 Thought we played pretty well. Not the same quality as the first XI, but we look like we've got a renewed energy and are pressing really well.
whoareyaaa Posted 28 December 2019 Posted 28 December 2019 Think we have done pretty well and should be going in 1-2 up. Look a lot more energetic, Mendy looks leggy though which is understanble giving he hasn't played a minute all season. Still think it will end 2-2 however we could nick it 1-2. To me it looked like Fabianski came off his line prior to Gray taking the peno?
49er Posted 28 December 2019 Posted 28 December 2019 Which three subs do we need to use in the second half, assuming there are no injuries? Cags for Morgan, Barnes for Perez and Maddison for Mendy?
Guest Danny Clender Posted 28 December 2019 Posted 28 December 2019 Schmeichel really needs to sort out distribution for the second half, above all he needs to protect this selection better.
copunk Posted 28 December 2019 Posted 28 December 2019 Massive shame to concede and at an awful time, felt like we had a decent half aswell, the mendy hamza pairing may lack creativity but they've been solid enough, subs when they come will be interesting
