I`ve heard how good this guy is supposed to be, i`ve seen some of the goals he scored and thought he looks a player, but on the admittedly few occasions that i`ve watched Brentford he`s been average at best.

He hasn’t done it in the big games ..... seems like he’d fit in well here !

Wonder what the record for playoff appearances is he's surely got to be up there.

He'd have one more if someone would have scored a certain penalty 😂

Wasn’t impressed tonight, with any of their attacking players, but as a club they seem to struggle in the big games.

Exactly, thats a mentality we have to address, although some of that comes from the manager and how he himself approaches those big games.

We need a right winger before we consider competition for Barnes on the left. I'd be all over Watkins though, becoming a complete striker.

Watkins is OK, but his technique is a bit weak I feel. Got absolutely bullied today.

The same logic applies to him and Mbeumo for me as well. I'm very weary after this. It's not just tonight either - they've blown it every crunch game this season.

I think he's got so much potential, feels very Vardyesque IMO.

Small club mentality, needs to come to the real bottle jobs.

He looked ok tonight but Bryan was better for Fulham. Bryan would’ve been my go-to replacement for Chilly, that ain’t happening now eh?

Agree - I’ve only seen him twice (tonight and one of the semis), and he was poor.

I've got to be honest, I know it's daft, it's one game, but I think what Leicester need are players who turn up on the big occasion and on that showing I'd steer clear. I am not blaming Benrahma as such but Brentford seem to have the same problems we do.

They haven't signed Ryan Bennett have they?

Probably gonna get some stick for this as I know his stats are silly. However I honestly don’t get the hype for him. I’ve watched 3/4 Brentford games since the restart & I honestly think he’s massively over hyped.

Goes hiding way to long in games & I honestly think he would struggle in the premier league. Eze would be the player I would go for from the championship.

He definitely goes missing and has those moments where he just doesn’t play with much determination.

We need a left-footed winger. I don’t see us signing a quality one and bringing in Benrahma in the same window.

Assuming tonight was an off night for Benrahma, that he's genuine quality, that we're actually interested, and that we go ahead and sign him...

Could he slot in on the left and Barnes move over to the right? Barnes' hit and hope style might suit him better on the right where he can at least hit the ball across the keeper with his stronger right foot, and whip in better first-time balls in across the deck.

Perez would then provide competition for Madders as a creative central midfielder and for Vardy as a false 9.

Might comment was based off 3/4 games. Admittedly not a full season, but shown nothing really to me that makes me think he could take us to another level. Far from fickle.

For Barnes to reach his full potential he needs to play on the left imo. He would wasted on the right.

Eze is in the same bracket as Benrahma whichever way you look at it. I dont think either would struggle in the PL but theyre not going to set the league alight either.

I'm glad that someone else has said that. I thought it was just me. Don't get the hype.
