It's weird, when there were five subs, Sky Pundits wouldn't shut up about how it was bad and it favoured the big teams.

Now the big teams want it back they won't shut up about it every time someone is injured.

Has Martin Tyler always been this annoying? I don’t remember him being this bad back in the day.

For a long long time, just sits there desperately waiting to shoe-horn his cringe-worthy rehearsed one liners in

Around about the time he started believing his own hype and trying to turn "and it's live" in to a trademarked slogan with ridiculous extra emphasis.

I pity the bloke who has to edit out "AND IT'S LIVE" from the edited highlights.

It should be deliberate like it used to be. There is a penalty every game. Ruining the game. Ours this afternoon was worst than that one. Never ever a penalty. What was the defender meant to do.

Problem was / is you can’t always tell if it’s deliberate or not.

To be fair 75 mins of watching this has felt the same as like the equivalent of five mins watching us in that second half earlier.

Liverpool should be a team in theory that we’d suit playing against but they’re so good going forward it’s difficult to keep them quiet.

Perfect result for us. Top of the league!

Massive credit to the whole squad and Rodgers and his staff for getting us to this position despite the injury troubles we've had :appl:

Massive respect to our lot for the shifts they've put in over the past few weeks. Depleted squad and most players hardly getting any rest. How Youri is still going is beyond me
