Compare that to Luiz and Bednarek recently and shows how mad the rules are. (Don't any are reds btw)

He flicks his leg in its direction. It was just horribly timed.

Spiritwalker Posted 15 February 2021 Share Posted 15 February 2021 Sheffield U were playing quite well but then give the ball away with most of the team ahead of the ball.

Dahnsouff Posted 15 February 2021 Share Posted 15 February 2021 So West Ham currently sit above Liverpool and Chelsea likely to do the same later. Weird.

There always seems to be a team threatening (Southampton, Everton, West Ham) but we seem to be the only one who can make it stick.
Super_horns Posted 15 February 2021 Share Posted 15 February 2021 Chris Wilder seemed to be complaining to the officials at half time - surely not about the penalty?
Paninistickers Posted 15 February 2021 Share Posted 15 February 2021 (edited) Sheffield United need to hold their nerve. They ain't gonna lose any players to vultures when they go down. They are awkward opponents for every PL team. If they take their medicine, go down, keep their dignity and manager...they should walk the championship next season. They'll be too fit, too streetwise, too physically strong for the garbage down there. And as i type, 2-0,west ham. The point remains tho Edited 15 February 2021 by Paninistickers
Super_horns Posted 15 February 2021 Share Posted 15 February 2021 Fine margins for Sheff U . Miss a good chance then West Ham score at the other end .

In case the link doesnt work properly, jump to 5:33, author seems to confirm we did put a complaint in against moss and then he didnt referee us for a while after the west ham game in title season. Moss is terrible. Thinks because he played non-league, he can make it up as he goes
Lambert09 Posted 15 February 2021 Share Posted 15 February 2021 The results against your west ham and villas will be the critical ones for us I think. especially as our run in is going to be very solid. We will need a good 6 point gap going into the closing weeks.

Watching them tonight reminds me of when we nearly went down the season we went up. It’s those incredibly fine margins are what cost you in the prem. In this division if you’re lacking in either box you’re ****ed
kingfox Posted 15 February 2021 Share Posted 15 February 2021 Moyes has got this West Ham team working incredibly hard, fair play to Lingard as well, he looks like a player rejuvenated. Hopefully their tough run of fixtures though kills their momentum.

They'll be motivated to take points off others to get to Europe. Once we don't slip up ourselves more teams in the hunt could be a good thing. StanSP Posted 15 February 2021 Share Posted 15 February 2021 Spurs (H) Man City (A) Leeds (H) Man Utd (A) Arsenal (H) I think they'll win the 3 home games. With how they're playing, I don't think it's as tough as people make out?
Vacamion Posted 15 February 2021 Share Posted 15 February 2021 If results stay as they are, Sheffield United will have 11 points with 14 games to play, so 42 points left for them to play for, therefore a maximum total of 53 points. Man City are currently on 53 points. Man City about to launch their "Teams that can't catch us" thread.
