Just hope Brendan persists with him because the more he plays the better he will be. Fleeting cameos and random sub appearances (and being taken off at half time :frusty:) won't do him any good.

Bound to see more minutes next season hopefully!

Let’s not get carried away, he has not been here out the goodness of his heart. We do pay him handsomely. He has just about recently started to justify his wage. That’s it.

And he would not seek a move as he knows he will get no where near the money elsewhere he gets here. Like our other expensive flops.

When Kelechi is either in the starting 11 or about to come on, I get excited as I think something will happen. In turn, I get frustrated every time he is taken off. That shows the impact for me at least that he has made this season. Still young, lots to develop but a key member of our squad.

I do forget how young he is.

His fitness is shocking tho and the reason he gets subbed! I look forward to seeing a very fit Nacho startin a lot more games and playing many more minutes. He’s done ok and I’m pleased for him because at one point he looked like her lost complete confidence of his ability... think Rodgers and coaching staff have to take credit there.

Got to remember how far he's come under Rogers. He was practically finished at the club but showed resilience to prove himself first and then prove to the fans. I respect him for that. His performances this season have been significant. The constant subbing him at half time means Rogers does not yet see him as a 90 minute player. Against Manu I was watching carefully rather than passively to see if Rogers will take him off. Sure enough his performance was good but he didn't score (came close). Had he scored he would have probably stayed on and who knows maybe have scored the goal Morgan later swung his 3rd leg at and missed lol. It was a high pressure game and we needed to take every chance we got to beat manu and we didn't. That lack of ruthlessness has deserted us since xmas and we sure need to get it back as a team. I think he can still improve and will get us much needed goals in the europa league games - let's support him and give him another season.  :chant:

He's looked a hell of a better player this year than we've seen for a while. Looks tidy on the ball with some great touches etc. Needs to work a little on decision making however.

I like him and always feel hopeful something will happen when he comes on. Not sure Brendan is a fan though given his game time and the comments after the game recently?

Don't think Rodgers holds him in high esteem. Not much will change next season I'm afraid.

We seem a bit more threatening when he’s on the pitch and he’s been much improved this season, still some way to go in terms of decision making and league goals though. Hoping he builds on last season next season.

His playstyle reminds me of Aguero in a lot of ways (although obviously he's not near his level, yet). I really hope he gets quite a bit more gametime next season, or he could leave, and I really think we would regret that.

We’re ridiculously lucky to have a striker in Vardy who is so good with both feet. If can improve a bit with his right foot and gain some confidence with it, he’ll score goals for fun.

His teammates seem to be big fans of his— next season could be huge for him.

He has really proved me wrong especially since lockdown ended, he has shown his class.

He makes the ball stick up front, he has deceptively quick feet and is technically excellent.

He's not a dissimilar player to Perez but with a bit more presence and composure in my opinion.

Hope this will be a kickstart to his career rather than a false dawn.

There is a genuine case to be made for Kelechi being our most consistent player in the second half of the season, cup games included.

I can only recall him playing poorly once - at Bournemouth - which of course led to THAT substitution...

So poor he made an assist. Yes it still hurts...

the thing i will give rodgers credit for is turning Kelechi around, even if he did chuck him under the bus towards the end. He looked finished but very much became our Origi. Do have my doubts that he's the long term successor to Vardy though
