Amazing when you consider the changes we've had with injuries. Fair play.

What a performance. Freak goal for them but who cares? We outclassed them throughout. Wouldn't be any fuss over them if they weren't a media darling "sleeping giant". Championship squad with a bit of pluck, but easy to get under them and force them into mistakes if you bin the possession approach and match their pressure game. Simple tactics, and we destroyed them with it.

Cracking performance across the team - special shout-outs to Albrighton and, especially, Fuchs. Both seemingly on their way out but class performances up there with the title-winning season.

These really are golden days for us. The fact that a 5th place finish would ever be considered a let-down says it all really. None of us will get carried away after how last season finished, but we are, once again, second in the league on merit. Class start to the season.
