Not just cos they're talking about him on BT Sport but I think considering this was his first game and getting 90 mins, I think he did commendably. 

 

Went quiet for a bit and looked dead on his feet towards the end. Defended well and also played his part in getting the corner leading to the goal. Considering some of the handballs not given, I don't think what he did can be given either.

Given what some of the regular u23 watchers were saying about him, I was expecting nothing. Ended up being pleasantly surprised. Quick, strong, held up well in 1 on 1's and kept it simple in possession.

The academy teams often get a lot of stick on here but it looks like we just might've produced another good 'un. Early days but he did well today.

Often helps with the quality of team-mates. Only have to see at Sunday league where certain players improve when you have two or three better players join your team

Solid debut, Brighton tried to take everything down the left to target him but credit must go to him as he stood up strong and forced them to stop that.

He's been pretty pony for the U23's but then like I said before kick off, Dewsbury-Hall wasn't that good for them either and now he's doing all sorts in the Championship. This tattoo could be a real possibility FFS.

Very decent solid performance. After his build up by those in the know wasn't expecting him to be so accomplished.
