KFS Posted 5 December 2021 Posted 5 December 2021 Get rid. ****ing useless. Need some life in this squad 1
An Away Move Posted 5 December 2021 Posted 5 December 2021 Rodgers really pissed me recently when he spoke about our frustration as a Covid thing. 2
Le Renard Posted 5 December 2021 Posted 5 December 2021 (edited) I don't want to get rid, but he's getting close to the tipping point! I just don't get how we can have one of the best defenses last year and this year we are so s**t! We can't just put this down to missing Fofana & JJ. Edited 5 December 2021 by Le Renard
Guest ttfn Posted 5 December 2021 Posted 5 December 2021 If we get knocked out on Thursday we should pay what it takes to get rid of him. We could have had Steve Bruce in charge this season and we’d be playing better than this. We can and will attract a better manager, maybe not one with a better CV but we will find a better fit for the club. Big rebuild job coming up here - no way Rodgers is the man for it and I suspect he doesn’t fancy it either.
Farrington fox Posted 5 December 2021 Posted 5 December 2021 He’s lost the dressing room, the training ground. In fact he’s just lost. 1
CrispinLA in Texas Posted 5 December 2021 Posted 5 December 2021 Seems like the new manager has revitalized Villa just like Spurs with their new manager, while we plod on others sack theirs and bring in a new fresh face 1
FoxesWalk Posted 5 December 2021 Posted 5 December 2021 Don’t fancy us against Newcastle. If he survives this, I’m not sure he can survive getting knocked out of Europa and losing to that lot
Kilworthfox Posted 5 December 2021 Posted 5 December 2021 Has he been able to acknowledge that we have conceded 13 goals from setpeives so far this season? I recall a few weeks ago it wasn't an issue in a RL interview.

Sly Posted 5 December 2021 Posted 5 December 2021 Frustrating today. The last ride for me. I’ve seen enough. It’s like the end of the Puel days. No fight, can’t defend, ineffective subs, tactically clueless, picking out of form players. Utter dog shite. 2
Tielemans63 Posted 5 December 2021 Posted 5 December 2021 Defended him at all times but that was ****ing crap. That second half was a ****ing shambles. 1
Vazman Posted 5 December 2021 Posted 5 December 2021 Another below par performance with exactly the same, set piece / Defensive issues, for far too many games, nothing will happen, BR will carry on, so I guess we just have too accept it and hope for at least a just above mid table finish, who knows what the answer is. I dont think BR will be getting many job offers in the future especially the way things are going.
Nod.E Posted 5 December 2021 Posted 5 December 2021 Literally anyone who tries something differently from defensive set pieces will improve our results. It's that simple.
Nobbyburton Posted 5 December 2021 Posted 5 December 2021 Joining the Rodgers out club. Players have stopped playing for him and he won’t change it. 1

Last 2 fixtures don't really tell us much, we've beat a League one team and a Championship team at home. The next month will be a proper test of where we're at, not particularly seen a lot to say we'll pick up too many points or beat Napoli. I do expect us to beat Liverpool in the cup though, as Klopp will play a severely weakened team. My predictions for the following month. 10 pts from those 7 league fixtures would be a very decent return, looks like I'm going for 5 though haha. Southampton (a) - Draw Villa (a) - Loss Napoli (a) - Loss Newcastle (h) - Win Spurs (h) - Loss Everton (a) - Draw Liverpool (LC) (a) - Win Man City (h) - Loss Liverpool (a) - Loss Wish I'd been this good at predictions when I was a regular gambler
matty98 Posted 5 December 2021 Posted 5 December 2021 Yeh he's done for me, had enough of his pathetic excuses and loser mentality 1
CrispinLA in Texas Posted 5 December 2021 Posted 5 December 2021 (edited) Who's next he will blame, he's blamed players, previous managers, whose next the owners? Everyone except him! Edited 5 December 2021 by CrispinLA in Texas
