Do  we need to do these Covid QR codes or what?

Spot checks allegedly in place again today. So yes, but if you've not got one you'll still be allowed in.

I hope Lookman starts.  Him and Barnes together would be a bit of a nightmare for defences.  Vardy still has to play.  Iheanacho has to play.  We have to see more of Daka....

Obviously, they can't all play.  Despite are indifferent start to the season, there are still reasons to be cheerful.

Maddison could still be brilliant.  I am a big fan of his.  However, unless he has been on it in training, i would have him on the bench.

I would be really disappointed if Perez starts.   Despite his good goal last week, I just don't like the feeling of anticipating the next frustration when he is on the field

It’s clear BR just doesn’t fancy Kelechi. He was forced to play him by necessity last season and his incredible form kept him in the team.

For what it’s worth he’d be in my team every single week - he makes things happen.

Iheanacho behind Vardy for me and Lookman just to his left. Barnes on the bench

Lookman has played previously and successfully as a left winger but assumed he can slot in as a right winger with the same success. Could Harvey switch wings?

Not a game for Maddison this, Burnley will target him from minute 1 and chuck some rough tackles in on him and then we won't see him all game. We will need to match their physicality which is why I'm leaning towards playing Cags over Vester and putting Soumare into the midfield. Id also play Bertrand over Thomas.

Kasper, Ricardo, Cags, Evans, Bertrand, Ndidi, Soumare, Tielemans, Barnes, Vardy, Lookman.

I know full well that this won't be the team though and he will start Maddison and/or Perez

This is the second least interesting game of the season, only behind Burnley away.

Disagree there , this is a contest between different methods of the game at the top level. Burnley have inferior players technically but still remain highly competitive. Our style has had the edge so far but that might be about to change.

Yeah, you only need to look at the comments he made about him last season. Opting to reference his inconsistent first touch and other weaknesses, usually on the back of the media asking for comment on Seniorman after yet another match winning goal. Weird.

Not being funny but Nacho is one of our best players and last year one of the best strikers in the league

Hes the player you make sure starts instead of others.

No one was saying that the season before last...the opposite in fact...the truth is sonewhere inbetween..I love his attitude but his play can be both amazing and awful...exhibit A FA cup final...

I seem to remember lots of 0-0s and 0-1s against this outfit in the past. This simply CANNOT happen today - it's MUST WIN, or the season (well, PL season) is as good as finished already :(
