Crass, and arguably not a great use of court time, especially when civil arbitration is available and affordable to such wealthy individuals.

 

The great thing about arbitration is that it is private and confidential dispute resolution with no press access and no publicity, so I'm surprised they didn't want to explore this avenue given all parties involved are such private people.

This is the most pathetic court case I’ve ever seen. This dynamic of ‘he/she said that’ and it’s a lie exists in pretty much every domain in my life. However, it’s different as it never ends up in court. What a waste of time and money, how can two grown up people not sort this out themselves?
