Crass, and arguably not a great use of court time, especially when civil arbitration is available and affordable to such wealthy individuals.

 

The great thing about arbitration is that it is private and confidential dispute resolution with no press access and no publicity, so I'm surprised they didn't want to explore this avenue given all parties involved are such private people. 

 

Although full credit to whoever coined "Wagatha Christie". Different level pun.

It's all about image protection as she makes money off her image. If your image is you are a sneaky little liar it's possible you may lose some dollar.

 

It looks like she got busted, just hold your hands up apologise and move on. It would have all been forgotten by now.

This is the most pathetic court case I’ve ever seen. This dynamic of ‘he/she said that’ and it’s a lie exists in pretty much every domain in my life. However, it’s different as it never ends up in court. What a waste of time and money, how can two grown up people not sort this out themselves? lol
