All the established London teams - Spurs, Arsenal, Chelsea, West Ham and Palace - have strengthened their squads. I can't see at this point how we end up in a position that qualifies for Europe, unless we have a season of nearly zero injury problems.

Maybe this, but Everton in place of Southampton in the relegation slot.

Strengthened only if they actually turn out to be successful signings though

Plenty of times we have seen teams have what look to be really good summers only for the teams to not actually improve and sometimes even do worse

We won’t know if they have strengthened their squad until the final day of next season.

What we do know is, is that our squad is settled, and it’s managed three top ten finishes, even when apparently being poor.

Liverpool

Chelsea

Leicester

Relegation

Leeds

Southampton

Bournemouth

I really fancy Conte getting Spurs playing really well.

I also think that the jokes aimed at Man U last season when they kept losing will switch to Liverpool this season. That added pressure on Nunez will be too tough for him and i think he will struggle. With Liverpool becoming a bit of a joke team.

Momentum is everything in football. Which i think Ten Hag, Conte and Arteta will get their teams playing good football and going on good winning runs.

Chelsea is a strange one for me. If they get their defence sorted i would reconsider 4th place.

Relegation i just cant see Leeds doing anything this season. Losing their 2 best players and, so far, not replacing them will be a big blow to them. Southampton i think will also struggle.

Now ive said all that you all might want to put bets on the opposite of what ive said lol

I predict even more significant divisions in the league, perhaps even divided into 3; top 4 or 6, chasing pack of 3 or 4 and everyone else whose success is measured only by staying up.

Top 4: Man City, Liverpool, Spurs, Chelsea

Europe: Man U, Arsenal, Leicester

Relegated: Leeds, Bournemouth, Forest

For all the doom on the other threads no one has us relegated 🤔

Top 4: Man City, Spurs, Liverpool, Man Utd - Probably unfounded but I get a feeling Liverpool may struggle (in terms of keeping up with Man City, just feel at some point they are going to run their course. Man City pretty far ahead.

I think Man Utd will surprise a few and be better than expected, Arsenal will bottle when it gets tough as always

Europe: Chelsea, Arsenal, Leicester - 7th is pretty much up for grabs for anyone

Relegated: Fulham, Bournemouth, Forest - Forest will show encouraging signs early on but get found out and drop down the league in the second half of these season
