I can only assume he wants the play off money. Mind you Rudders is probably telling him we are 20 points clear at the top and he’s like, yeah cool.

King Power and Top need to sell up and let someone else have a go. It’s clear it’s become a toxic organisation - from the culture to the reason why a lot of the back room team have left, to the shambolic handling of the finances. 
 

The grace afforded to Top because of who his father was has surely gone.

That is my fear too, I honestly think had we stayed up last season, I think the club would have been up for sale, as you say not a hope in hell anyone of any sanity buys us for what KP would want in our current state. 
 

Highly likely to start next season with a significant points deduction, a potential June fire sale of any half decent players to try and avoid yet another breach and deduction, and then to try and attract new players within very tight budgetary constraints of the quality that will not only make us competitive but also be prepared to join a club that will be in a dire relegation battle or starting the season with such a significant disadvantage that makes promotion virtually impossible, it’s hardly going to have suitors banging down the door to buy us

Have people on here have said Top has not ,faced any flack because of what happened to his father ,but he needs to move on .History  will never change what his family did for the club ,but it's time to hand it over to someone  with more enthusiasm and drive ,and fresh ideas .

It's a bit like why a lot of people believe the man of the people vibe given out by public school educated, plummy accented,  rich investment banker type politicians (insert names of your choice).

Only way Top redeems himself from this absolute shit show is to sack Rudders and change the profile of how he wants us to play and let’s build our own identity rather than try to be a poor man’s tribute act to Man City.

Worth mentioning Plymouth’s owner did a recorded interview regards the errors in appointing their last manager. You’ll never see a recorded interview of that nature from anyone in this set up

What ever happens come the end of the season Top needs to borrow some skin heads bother boots and walk into the club flanked by two the Rock lookalikes and kick some board room ass, club is in need of a stern hand.

A lot of talk about Top in the past few months/year. I think the celebrations at the end tell you everything you need to know about his relationship and commitment to the club. The way the players grabbed him, brought him into the celebrations, lifted him up into the air.

 

He cares deeply about the club and clearly has a great relationship with the players. Being the chairman of a football club is not easy, especially with the expectations we have of the club and of him, and the added personal factor of the fact he's trying to do his father proud, someone he lost in tragic circumstances. 
 

he's made mistakes, some big ones. But I've never been of the opinion that he doesn't care or that we're not a priority. The players and staff clearly love him. You could see it tonight. That relationship is quite unique in modern football.
 

He has lots more to prove moving forward, but for tonight, he deserves to celebrate.

He needs to value the fans who bring life to the game as much as he may love anything else about owning the club. 
 

Go’bless the ones who turned up with songs and fire, the ones who made tonight a great event. The ones who the club’s account tweeted about. 
 

Embrace the club’s heart, Top, and we might have a great season on the Prem regardless of results.

Indeed.  What I would now like to see is him appointing a top tier Director of Football.
