Admire the optimism however stretcher wouldnt be precaution. Walking him off and subbing him would be.

I imagine we will be being incredibly cautious now with players given our history with players playing on/walking off with bad injuries.

 

Replay looked pretty innocuous, didn't see any hyperextension or anything, but who knows.

Far more likely to be for a stretcher or to indicate that the player can't continue.

 

No point having have signals for diagnosis on the pitch, they can discuss that verbally and bang him in a scanner, if you'll pardon the expression.

If he’d done that and we’d got knocked out you of course would have complained?
