£15m, very happy with that

Yup - 4 year contract. Poor Tim because Fulham are getting relegated in that time frame!

Happy with that too. What did we pay for him, £20m?

Depend what you read, some say 18m other 20m

But 15m and 3 years service is a decent deal depending how much is add ons and how much is upfront.

If it is £15m, it is a very, very good deal - we can get at least 2 quality players in for that.

A combined £30 for Ndidi and Castagne would be an absolutely sensational bit of business.

Considering the loss of form both have suffered and Ndidi only having a year left.

Does say including adds on for Castange, let hope we get most of that 30m upfront.

Does seem we have learnt from losing Soyuncu and Tielemans for free.

Don't be too rash. The circumstances are very, very different, and we still have Praet, Nacho and Vesty in there potentially walking next year.

I love how everyone immediately has the money spent for Castagne & Ndidi. Whilst sure whoever we bring in will be on lesser wages, we can't afford to break even this summer. Some of our income will need to soften our losses.

Vesty walking, that would be something to see since him running is like watching the last charge of the Ents from, The Return of the King. :D

Might have to give Rudkin a bit of credit if these fees for Wilf and Castange are correct.

If he can shift Soumare and Vestergaard for actual money he’ll earn himself a 6 month reprieve.

Does that mean Ruskin is good at his job now ???

Now there's something no-one would have said 12 months ago...

No chance - major factor for us being in the current mess that we are in

£15m is a very good price considering. Very happy. £30m for Ndidi and Castagne is not too shabby. Think Madders went cheap, but other than that, we're getting half decent fees.

WOAH THERE SAILOR!!!

Let’s all just stay calm please.  No need to disturb the matrix.

Exactly. We can't just yet. We need to see how these players and the loan agreements work out for us before praising anyone. As it was their incompetence that is the reason we're in the championship in the first place!!

Happy Castagne is going. Utterly shambolic level of performance last year that showed no sign of shifting in pre-season. As one of our few assets worth anything, he had to go.

Time to reinvest.
