You do understand we’re losing Kel and Daka to the AFCON for a month in January don’t you? So if we don’t sign a striker it leaves us with just Vards.

It’s whether the paperwork was submitted on time, although could just be speculation as we’re past 11pm. 

This sounds like him stirring to add a bit of drama. if he’s been at the club all day with both clubs happy to do the deal they would have used a deal sheet to get this done while ticking off the medical and negotiating the personal terms. It will be done.

I’ve no clue who this cannon guy is or if he’s any good. The fact everton wanna get rid and this is a team that’s has always struggled to score hopelessly relying on CDL.

Let's not let the disappointment from missing out on a couple of rumoured players over ride a largely positive window.

 

Okay there's players we wish we got rid of, but there's also players we've managed to keep that at various points in the window people have moaned we may lose...the likes of Nacho & KDH..

 

We've strengthened in most areas that need strengthening & the return of Coady will feel like a new signing.

 

We've still got a good enough squad to dominate this league.

What is a quick application? 

If a club is in a ‘Full Application’ at 22:30:00, they will receive a warning that states the system will open a ‘Quick Application’ at 22:45:00, where only certain fields need to be completed.  

In those last 15 minutes of the Transfer Window, EFL systems allow Clubs to submit the necessary registration form without completing the full application process. Where they do this, the Clubs then have a further 15 minutes to then complete the full application process. This avoids Clubs missing the deadline in circumstances where they have agreed and signed all necessary documents with another Club and the player before 11pm, but still need time to complete the full application.   

 

And with all due respect to OPA - he won't be a party to this process, so he's just saying something to fill out his post and get y'all clicking!
