Stupid

Players are aware so  should still have enough self control. Having said that he was wearing another undershirt so not bare chested if that is what the rule is supposed to avoid.

It is such a stupid antiquated rule.

imagine if this was the final. He’s stuck in the changing room missing out on a chance of a lifetime. Sheez…
