I think he'll be doing all he can to force a move but (and this is probably extremely naive given how toxic this dressing room is) I think he'll be fine if he doesn't get the move.

I don't think he's the type to do a Mahrez.

Mahrez was fine even though he didn't get his move

Think he’s an agent propaganda machine but the info isn’t just made up like some people (Nixon I’m looking at you)

Aren't they all? Clubs are very rarely giving these journo's direct info.

Looking at how Wednesday got done by Stoke I think our match with them raises more doubts about us rather than any fight by the Owls. Looking past our younger players what quality will be left at this rate? Unless there are surprise incoming signings but no indications yet.

im sure being home for the first game helped too

Jeez the way we have looked, early days granted. I'm not sure we would go up with BEK let alone without.

We are not going up with Soumare as a starting midfielder, it does not matter who the other 10 on the pitch are with him.

The only reason we went up under Enzo was because we loaned Soumare out for the season.

You just know Rudkin is going to have his pants pulled down for a 3rd time by Crystal Palace.

He’ll get us a swapsy - Bilal for Eduoard

If his performances again Huddersfield and PNE are anything to go by his heads in London already.

If we can secure £10m+ profit it won’t be the end of the world

Didn't he threaten to not train at Genk if they didn't approve the move to ourselves?

I think he's more than capable of doing a Mahrez.

Not going to down tools whilst the window is still open.

If he doesn't get his move, him & mummy will NOT be happy.

If he’s gonna chuck in performances like Saturday then for £30m. He can go. But the money has to be reinvested.

Get him gone, get anyone who wants to go with him as well. Start fresh, stay in the championship get all this punishment out the way and go again next season

If he wants to leave then fine. I don't care which player it is, with the position we are in on and off the pitch he/they can leave. I'm not bothered who it is if they want out.

Is he a good player? Yes. Is he a great player? No.

If he's not fully committed and wants to go? Then sell him.

It gets harder every season, parachute payments are reduced and 3 fresh teams with arguably better quality and more funds are added to the league. Plus we won’t know until next season the punishments for this season if we breach

Id sell for anything north of 30m. He ATM is playing like he wants a move.

But the money has to be spent on replacements. Surely we could spend half of it on a new CAM and new CM (especially if winks goes too)

Be a big loss this especially as we won't be able to get anyone in who is at the same standard. Never any good news from this shit show of a club.

He got two assists in the first game and was probably our best player. Second game he was shite like the entire team

Not a fan of Jacob’s after he used fofana as way to build connections with Chelsea and essentially added to our pressure to sell. But he has been bang on pretty much all summer.

this isn’t new info but there’s no way we get 30. It will fall to 22 and some unachievable add ons.

I called this long ago. Clubs know they will be able to grind us down now that the release clause is out of the equation.  We actually have to negotiate now and we are the worst in the game at it

i think we will get £30mil for him at least, the release clause was different all together, as the buying club would have to pay most if not all the fee upfront, why some teams are kinda so so when it comes to activating them

compared to after where theyd be able to spread it over a number of years

If  we get someone in with only half the ability,  yet the passion to want to be here and play for us then we’d benefit even more

Maybe they are already here as youth players and just need a pathway and chance to progress

After his weekend performance, I got the sense that his head has probably been turned and a move is on the horizon.

It’s hardly a surprise if he moves in all honesty, losing the likes of BEK, Hermansen and Fatawu was always going to be a strong possibility this summer. Hopefully Fatawu stays as losing all three would put us more in the shit.

If he goes Palace then it’s a solid move for him.
