I sent Deeney a message saying " please can you publicly slate Nigel Pearson in the press so we don't sign you. You're not worth the bunce mate " I had about 30-40 Watford salads giving it all sorts. Have a go yourselves, it's magical.

If Watford can give him 1st team apps as a starter, with players like Vyrda, I think Wood may be interested after being way down in our pecking order now. 7m+ Wood or 9m, any higher and tell em to **** off, i'm sure Deeney would rather move to the Prem than try and prove himself again next season. I don't get this at all! Why are we so willing to basically give Chris Wood away. 7 million plus Chris Wood? That's absolutely ridiculous. They should be the ones paying us.

I know we have a few dreamers who claim to be ITK on here but this guy is just embarrassing! "OK here's how it stands this morning then. Leicester are still leading the race, although they've been caught out a little bit by the surge of interest from other Prem clubs in TD. The only fly in the ointment to prevent the deal I mentioned yesterday going ahead (King + Vardy + 4m + add ons) is King, who's want a shot at the Prem and is reluctant to move South. Vardy is prepared to leave after being told Ulloa and Deeney will lead the line for them this season and that Vardy would need to compete with Nugent to play understudy. Vardy wants regular 1st team football. As you know, West Ham and Everton are now interested. The former have come in very strong for obvious reasons after Caroll's injury. As I said, this has startled Leicester, who remain desperate to land Deeney. They're trying to talk round King, but in the meantime they've told us that they've "opened the chocolate box" (those exact words!) and we can pretty much take our pick apart from Ulloa, Drinkwater and the goalkeeper when it comes to adding a makeweight to the deal. I understand that the Watford side are now weighing up Matty James and how he would fit in our side. If King refuses to move and they won't go for throwing James in to the deal, I've been told we'll turn our attention to other bidders or simply keep him ourselves. Of course we've no need to sell and have a large international market via the Pozzo's network from which even better offers might come given this little frenzy of interest." That's great . Hopefully he will be recaptured soon and taken back to the 'home' from which he absconded. Forget Deeney, not worth it. There are one or two strikers playing in the Austrian League that are as good as him, if not better ,and which would most likely cost a fraction of 8M let alone 10M.

If they think that James couldn't fit in their squad or that any Leicester player is a downgrade let them be thick together. After all nobody but Watford cares about his last minute winner.
