ousefox Posted 30 June 2015 Share Posted 30 June 2015 Cheers Nige. I'm devastated. Hope he goes on to manage a top club like he deserves.
Corky Posted 30 June 2015 Share Posted 30 June 2015 Took over in League One, left us in the Premier League. So many entertaining games in that time.
copunk Posted 30 June 2015 Share Posted 30 June 2015 I will put money on it he becomes the next forest manager once they've had enough of Friedman.. cheers nige, rescued us from the pits of league 1 to premier league status, hero
Harry - LCFC Posted 30 June 2015 Share Posted 30 June 2015 The first genuine club legend I've seen at Leicester City since I started supporting them. I can't give him much higher praise than that.
lestajigs Posted 30 June 2015 Share Posted 30 June 2015 Ain't gonna lie, after that bad run, wanted him out, but didn't whant anyone else but Pearson in for Sunderland come August! Gutted
4everfox Posted 30 June 2015 Share Posted 30 June 2015 Completely and utterly gutted. I'm so sorry Nigel, if only everyone appreciated you as much as I do (I'm looking at our moronic owners here). Thanks for the memories, I'll always have time for the man. I could literally cry.

Wymsey Posted 30 June 2015 Share Posted 30 June 2015 I really think he has the potential to be where Garry Monk placed Swansea last season.
Stadt Posted 30 June 2015 Share Posted 30 June 2015 I bet over 90% of Leicester wins I've seen were with nige in charge
Foxhateram Posted 30 June 2015 Share Posted 30 June 2015 Completely disgraceful decision! Absolutely fuming about this! Bad end to a really bad day! How can you sack someone who took a 'budget' team to 14th in the Premier League! Signed the biggest and most technical player the club has ever seen and broke the record for most wins in the premier league. Not to mention the record breaking season in the championship, a league 1 win and two play off tournaments. FFS!
Stevosevic Posted 30 June 2015 Share Posted 30 June 2015 Obviously been an argument, I imagine Pearson wil have some regrets in the morning.
Freeman's Wharfer Posted 30 June 2015 Share Posted 30 June 2015 One thing I've always said about Pearson is that following one of his sides up and down the country was a pleasure. Always knew that you were going to see a team give it their all and the vast majority of the time be in a game. Sad to have to write that in the past tense. eastendfox Posted 30 June 2015 Share Posted 30 June 2015 I think we owe Nige massive thanks for picking up Sven's pieces and turning us into a football team with heart and a fair amount of ability.
deejdeej Posted 30 June 2015 Share Posted 30 June 2015 One thing is for sure. Whoever he goes to is going to get themselves a great manager. All the best to him, made supporting LCFC a pleasure again.
simpmeister Posted 30 June 2015 Share Posted 30 June 2015 Must admit I was pleased when he was originally sacked earlier in the year. But it turned out to be a great move reinstating him. I'm actually gutted this time round.
lgfualol Posted 30 June 2015 Share Posted 30 June 2015 I'm so sad he has gone. He won't read this but thank you for everything Nigel. Let's hope someone doesn't come in and ruin all of your work over the past few years.
Tommythefox06 Posted 30 June 2015 Share Posted 30 June 2015 I'd be more worried about the affect it will have on certain players in the squad, wouldn't be surprised to see a few looking to move on, could be more chaos to come in my opinion
Col city fan Posted 30 June 2015 Share Posted 30 June 2015 I said I'd make a change just after Christmas..and was wrong. He turned it round with the signing of Huth. I'm gutted too and VERY surprised.

The Horse's Mouth Posted 30 June 2015 Share Posted 30 June 2015 this genuinely is disgusting, not only has he been treated like shit once by this club, we've gone for a second. Good luck to wherever he ends up, he'll get a good reception from me
