I'm not sure what Kane has to do to get criticised for England by the press or commentators. Terrible set pieces, missed penalty, standing in offside positions, regularly miss-controlling the ball. Nothing.

I dont think u need to be a tactical genius to realise that Russia have to slow aging defenders and vardy's pace would be better suited than sterling and lalana, with Rooneys balls over the top

Played well but need to be winning this. So much space in the Russian defence, Vardy would be great even if he was playing on the left.
