Jakupovic to replace Zieler. Get them in, and I promise Santa, I'll be good for the rest of the year. Get rid of Musa, Mahrez, Zieler, Ulloa, possibly Mendy and Benalouane too. Kapustka needs game time this season, so loan him out somewhere, Barnes and Amartey too.

If Musa Mahrez Mendy rumours are true and do leave we might manage to get 50-60million maybe for all of them if we're lucky, so we'd only end up spending around 50-60million (net spend) which would be a pretty standard transfer window for prem teams these days I would have thought! £££

Kap seems to have disappeared in the u23 and it's unlikely Barnes will develop that quickly and I'm unsure on how well he plays in the role. That, and a winger, unless we use Chilwell as a winger alongside Albrighton and Gray, and maybe Mahrez if he stays.

Boro being awkward over Gibson so Evans (they will do everything to keep him and I'm not sure he wants to leave) or Smalling (paper talk ??) .... but a british CB with prem experience is essential. Sigurdsson would be great but will be very hard to prise away ... as yet no offers are in for him ... if we really want him lets get the ball moving ! And one more striker maybe ... that would do me. Then look at how it all comes together and fine tune during the next window. Must hang on to Kasper but if RM goes ... well, so be it. Shift out some dead wood as and when new signings are made.

I know this guy hasn't turned out to be at the level most predicted, but he bossed Drinkwater out of the game at Pride Park. For £8m he's a huge upgrade on our current options besides a performing Drinkwater.
