Sky in Italy are reporting Roma want to sign Leicester winger Riyad Mahrez. The Serie A side have contacted the player’s agent, with Mahrez keen to leave the King Power having handed in a transfer request in May.

At Sevilla Monchi tended to avoid spending big and the reason Roma are making sales is because of their new stadium as far as I'm aware.

They were spending 30 million plus 16 years ago on various players, depends what state there finances are in and if they are to push on from finishing runners up in the league

Someone who was with Boston Celtics basketball team? Roma might be the best arrangement all round if it happened. Mahrez would save face by going to Serie A.Roma have finished in the top 3 the last few years so could be sold to Mahrez as the Spurs of Italy.

No way Depends how badly he wants to get out of here. Playing for Roma has to be better than potentially rotting on the sidelines at Leicester.
