We've got to vary the 442 away from home. Play this again at Bournemouth and I'm convinced we'll lose.

Seen you post the same thing on a number of occasions last season, it was true then and still is....sadly

The last 2 games we haven’t started to play football for 40+ minutes. Shakey cannot allow that to happen again. Vardy and nacho up top to start. Cos the latter needs to get to get off the mark, or his confidence will suffer. Now fu#king get into em.

If Shakespeare goes along the latter-day Ranieri route of perservering blindly with 4-4-2 away from home against a team that like to knock the ball around, therefore conceding ground in midfield and surrendering the bulk of possession - and as an inevitable consequence we play woefully and lose - then the meltdown on here will be fully justified and his job will be on the line.

so Craig, show us you've got what it takes...

I have said this all season.  This is where both Nigel Pearson and Shakespeare have gone wrong.  Trying to contain the opposition, playing defensively and cautiously showing too much respect to the opposition gets you nowhere.  Take the shackles off the team, let the opposition worry about us, play attacking football and give the opposition something to think about.  Stop pulling everyone back for a corner too why do we do this?  Would rather get beat knowing my team have given it a bloody good go not surrendering mildly but we only lost by one etc.  A defeat is a defeat,

Except this issue isnt restricted to Pearson or Shakespeare like your agenda tells you. Some utter defensive, negative codswallop under Ranieri in the second season. Trying to play 11 behind the ball; getting whacked 4 at Old Trafford, 4 at Stamford Bridge, 4 at Anfield. Was confirmed that Ranieri last season concentrated on the opposition too much in the Guardian.

Did we surround meakily against Arsenal or Chelsea or Liverpool this season? No, there's some incredible revisionism going on here.

Just for a game of 'I told you so'. I was right about this manager blah blah

I'd go for this revolutionary line-up

               Che Guevara

Zapata  Trotsky     Lenin      Castro

      Marx    Chairman Mao

Gaddafi  Paine (Thomas)  Pancho Villa

                 Nelson Mandela

I think the midfield of Marx and Chairman Mao is strong

Having Ricki Villa's relative on the left wing is creative and Gaddafi on the right gives the team unpredictability

If we are struggling at half time we can bring on Stalin, Rasputin and Jeremy Corbyn!!

Not sure why people here think we would do better without the 442.  If you have a strong midfield or defense you can go with a 3313, a 3214, a 334, whatever your little heart desires!  But we don't have a strong defense or a strong midfield.  We have little choice here and so does Shakey.

I think Spartacus would be more suited to an attritional midfield battle than Gandhi, Spartacus has got a good engine on him.

I'd like to see Wat Tyler given his chance up top too.

How TF do you not give someone like Touissant L'Overture a run out? Pace and power.

I'd also lobby for somebody like Socrates on the touch line.

Yes I did consider Gandhi but I was worried about his physicality and if he'd get stuck in - he's the only bloke with skinnier legs than Mahrez. Plus Its difficult to get him out of the white away strip!!

L'Overture could orchestrate the midfield I suppose.

Bournemouth haven't really clicked this season yet, and I feel they will Saturday unfortunately.

2-1 win for the cherries I reckon.

Could we sign Kim il Jong on an emergency loan. He scored 56 in his only round of golf to date. If he plays we will win about 38-0 and the entire Bournemouth crowd will applaud us from start to finish. He has his critics, but gets results.

Surprised Kim Jong-Un isn't in goal.

The large-presence, and a nuisance to deal with, no-nonsense-taken of an individual.

I've gone for a 1-1 draw on that BBC predictor thing - got a good result this week, though - 6 correct results and 2 correct scores :)  Hope I'm being pessimistic with this one?

We'll counter with Stalin. He'll bend, but not break - and he's devastating on the counter attack.
