yorkie1999 Posted 25 September 2017 Posted 25 September 2017 Sort this midfield out with someone who can actually put a decent ball through or to the wings and we’ll be fine. If he has to persevere with king, at least play ibora and ndidi with him which means either a 3 5 2 or a 4 5 1 with iheanacho coming on for vardy at half time or slimani with vardy/iheanacho/musa id go Huth maguire drogavic albrighton ndidi ibora king gray vardy slimani

Suzie the Fox Posted 26 September 2017 Posted 26 September 2017 Doom and gloom and doom and bloody gloom. ITS Bournemouth. Not Man U. Ofc we gonna win this! 0-3 and shakey MOTM.

Trotsky is the stand out pick.

If he plays we will win about 38-0 and the entire Bournemouth crowd will applaud us from start to finish. He has his critics, but gets results. He's been dead for six years, so that might be a bit of a tough ask. His son's showing potential to surpass him though

Gaddafi a bit of a risk .... good player but surely a red card waiting to happen.

Bert Posted 26 September 2017 Posted 26 September 2017 The thing that's going to annoy me about this inevitable 1-0 defeat is the fact that against Liverpool we created loads of chances yet here I can see us barely being able to muster up a shot on target.

Unfortunately, I can see it going a bit like this. We will start exactly as we did against Liverpool, to not lose. Bournemouth won’t have the quality to race into a 2 goal lead and prompt us to change approach and attack. They score after the 75th minute and we don’t have time to react/we’ve already made our subs.
Guest Col city fan Posted 26 September 2017 Posted 26 September 2017 I think it reflects the seemingly precarious nature of the club at the moment that we travel to Bournemouth at the weekend and I'd not be at all surprised if we lost. I'm hoping for a win of course, but a loss wouldn't shock me in the slightest.

We are a horrible team away from home, 9 times out of 10 when we play away we seldom create anything other than half chances, set pieces or capitalise on a mistake. The performance at Arsenal on the opening game of the season was a massive shock and got me hoping we'd realised we aren't a team that can contain others by sitting back, we have to play on the front foot and take risks. If we concede goals and make mistakes then so be it, as we've seen before we are seldom dead and buried in games if we are positive. It's only when we've been uninterested in going forward that we are then at a loss on how to get going and attack.

Wdywd Posted 26 September 2017 Posted 26 September 2017 The away game at Bournemouth last year was one of the most annoying games I've ever seen us play. After about 20 minutes we had 11 men behind the ball and they just knocked it around. Was ridiculous to watch. Stop with this 3 at the back insanity everyone.

It's bloody depressing Col i honestly don't think we stand a chance and it's another inevitable loss probably 2-1 we are more than capable of winning and I hope with all my heart and fingers crossed we do win but I genuinely just can't see it
dynamark Posted 26 September 2017 Posted 26 September 2017 Very good lads crying lauging Gandi is a bit one paced(walking) and he is not keen on wearing boots.
Bob Weasel Fox Posted 26 September 2017 Posted 26 September 2017 I'm not keen on Corbyn as sub i mean he is meant to be good on the left but that way out I'm not so sure . . . .

But I do think it's about whether we actually go for it, or not. For fooks sake, what are we so frightened of this season? We have players in our team who can destroy Brighton. So let's do it!
ARM1968 Posted 26 September 2017 Posted 26 September 2017 Stop the Clocks fuchers. Already told you the score. 1-3 to us. Relax and enjoy. Itchynacho to bag as well.
VLC86 Posted 26 September 2017 Posted 26 September 2017 Genuinely dreading this. The longer the journey the more dread.
