Had Kane in his back pocket during the World Cup. We were linked with him in January too so clearly we like him.

Given we literally have 60m to spend we should bid for him even if we don’t get him. He is ideal for the Premier League.

Would so love it to be true, but we all know it’s bullshit, we would rather spend £30 million on someone who isn’t actually that good.

So your glass is half empty then.

It would appear that the miseries list just got a new member...

think Everton will eventually get him.

I'd love him here but apparently his club form when in South America was a lot to be desired. Hasn't really stuck up to the level at Barca which is quite surprising. International form is off the scale.

I think we'd score a fvck load from set-pieces with Maguire and Mina in the team.

There where links before I remember

maguire Mina Evans as a back 3 is decent

...or are we interested purely in case Maguire leaves

We do need contingencies in place .......................

I am pretty sure he'd have heard more about Leicester in recent years than Everton or West Ham. He'd also have seen Maguire's performances at the World Cup, possibly along with Ndidi's, which might swing it towards us if it came down to us or the other two clubs.

We have the money, we have an amazing training ground being planned, expansion of the stadium, and a young and exciting squad. I probably have blue tinted glasses on, but if we went for him, I am sure we'd get him (unless Man U, Liverpool etc wanted him).

If I remember correctly we were linked to him before he went to Barca... so there’s a slim chance we might have some sort of line of contact with him already.

I don’t like this

If a club comes in with a knockout bid and the player is determined to leave then we would be heavily critical of the recruitment team if they didn’t have anything in place...... just in case
