The headline reads who’s the greatest side of the last century. The Barca team are from 1991 which is the 20th century and obviously the Leicester team is from the 21st century so I’m just confused as to what the debate actually  is

The last century. 1920 to 2020.

If the best team from the last hundred years didn't contain Jeff Schlupp then I just don't understand football.

Barca 92 are the better side.... but if it winds up a few bitter people on twitter that we're winning this vote then thats brilliant.

Tbf the numbers only flipped after the LCFC Twitter admin linked to the poll. As long as the Barca Twitter doesn’t do the same..

We're through to the next round after cantering to a comfortable victory over Barcelona early 1990's side.

Looks like we'll be playing the Ajax 1970's side who won three European Cups in a row in the next round after they beat Pep's Man City team. lol

After everything that's happened since, that game is still my favourite since we got promoted. Scenes on toast.

That noncey 'Leicester Reds' flag in the away end disappeared pretty quickly.

It was great at the time mainly due to the fact that outside of Leeds 2003 we hadn't too many fond memories of top flight football since around about 2000.

It's still great to be reminded of it every now and then but it was surpassed by the nature of the great escape. Vardy's goal against West Brom is the standout moment of that season. My favourite Vardy goal even now.

Although can fully understand people opting for the Man U game.

Even though we managed more points

Won more games in the season (23 v 22)
Conceded fewer goals (37 vs 26)

Finished further ahead of 2nd by more points (10 vs 1)

Our top scorer had more goals (Vardy 24 vs Yorke 18)

Won more end of season awards (Manager of season, Player of the season, PFA Player, FWA Footballer of the year vs Manager of season, player of season)

Think that's all you need. By far the better team .

Pereira, Ndidi and Maddison amongst some fine company

I know some on here won’t have it but shows how good Mahrez is. I still think he’s a genuinely world class player, his stats per minute this season are as good as anyone’s. Any other team/manager and he plays every single week. X

Probably being stupid but no Vardy? How can you score that many and not get on those ratings? Especially when it's weighted to forwards.
