Collymore Posted 27 November 2018 Posted 27 November 2018 3 of the most uninspiring subs i think I've ever seen. 1
lgfualol Posted 27 November 2018 Posted 27 November 2018 Bringing on Albrighton, Mendy and Okazaki. It's a wonder we are not playing world class attacking football tbh 1

Seriously, do we think it goes into player's minds about the next round if they know they've got the best team in the country to play? I know it shouldn't happen but I wonder if some would rather avoid it.

Our net spend is the 12th largest since the title win, behind Fulham and Wolves. Even if you focus on total rather than net, it's still only just the 7th biggest £100m less than Everton. Anyone expecting much more than the 8th - 10th areas are kidding themselves. You are annoyingly correct on such a regular basis Edited 27 November 2018 by Izzy Muzzett 1
UniFox21 Posted 27 November 2018 Posted 27 November 2018 Miss the Diabate of last year, his directness and tricks were brilliant to watch

Mike Oxlong Posted 27 November 2018 Posted 27 November 2018 Could play both of these teams against Man City and they’d lose 1

I don't expect us to be pushing the top six but we should be challenging Everton and aiming for a Europa League qualification spot. This should be our goal. Net spend is a misleading stat for us as we've sold players for big fees that skew the figure. And although Everton have spent more than is, they were starting from a lower base so had to catch up. Blue ROI Posted 27 November 2018 Posted 27 November 2018 Deplorable from us tonight. 4 home games in a row we've been sluggish. If it doesn't improve drastically soon Claude will be gone by the start of next season.

Mike Oxlong Posted 27 November 2018 Posted 27 November 2018 From Sky Stephens tackles Gray and the ball cannons off the corner flag and back into play. That's just about the most interesting thing to happen in this game...

Amazes me that more players don't look at the likes of him and see that putting in maximum effort continuously will get more out of your given talents. Has he ever not looked like he's giving everything? 1

Farrington fox Posted 27 November 2018 Posted 27 November 2018 It’s the inability to score that is the biggest concern. I can’t see that changing anytime soon.
