ozvaldo Posted 19 January 2019 Posted 19 January 2019 We can’t keep playing N’Didi and Mendy in there. Morgan and Simpson, terrible. Absolutely terrible.
LinekersApples Posted 19 January 2019 Posted 19 January 2019 Shouldve played 3 defensive midfielders or 5-3-2 or madders from the start or blah blah blah

The Guvnor Posted 19 January 2019 Posted 19 January 2019 Our next three matches, batten down the hatches it's not going to be pretty.
boosmanana Posted 19 January 2019 Posted 19 January 2019 How can anyone blame Puel for that result? Everyone whinges about boring, negative football and we score 3 away from home. You can quite clearly see Puel going batshit crazy telling them to stay back and defend at 3-3. He can't legislate for some of our players making individual mistakes. Morgan, Simpson, Mendy, Ndidi, Chilwell, Ricardo, Maguire, Gray all made stupid defensive errors in that game and we were rightly punished. I'm neither Puel in nor Puel out, but people that blame him for losing that game are being ridiculous.

People can talk about the manager all they want but our defense was like butter Come on Claude, you are at fault - you had two very slow players in Morgan and Evans playing a high line against a counter attacking team. Its not bad luck when you concede 4 Claude.

Guest Mee-9 Posted 19 January 2019 Posted 19 January 2019 Honestly cannot understand those last few minutes after we scored. Take the draw and bloody sit back.

Horrible ending to the match. Brainless players. Brainless subs. Happy for Barnes and Gray scoring. I’m one of those. it was exciting, I’ll give you that but the difference is I don’t want to be able to see frustrations that the manager can’t see and does nothing about.
bovril Posted 19 January 2019 Posted 19 January 2019 I was mentally preparing myself for their winner. I don't think I've ever expected a goal more than I expected that one, apart from the 4th at the same ground in 2003.
Dr The Singh Posted 19 January 2019 Posted 19 January 2019 4 defeats in the last 5. Clueless today at times......feel sorry for Puel but playing 3 cdm's last week and today away from home plays a attacking team is just crazy. He smells of desperation today.
ScouseFox Posted 19 January 2019 Posted 19 January 2019 probably the most outrageous performance i can remember. how on earth did it appear that every time neves got the ball we had literally zero players on the pitch? must be up there in the all time worst defensive performances in the league’s history.

Clarkey123 Posted 19 January 2019 Posted 19 January 2019 Their ability to pick the right pass from centre mid was ultimately the difference. Neves+Moutinho = brains ndidi+mendy= tackles and no brains brain wins

That is how it works, yes.
Leicester_Loyal Posted 19 January 2019 Posted 19 January 2019 'We're still 7th, I don't know why people are moaning'
shen Posted 19 January 2019 Posted 19 January 2019 I really feel like flipping the finger at those overreacting after this game. Blaming Morgan, Puel, Simpson, Ndidi, Mendy and what not. This was a good game and Wolves probably shaded it. Well fought, but we came up short. Everyone showed fight which I really liked.
EnglishOxide Posted 19 January 2019 Posted 19 January 2019 We will be a different team with Amartey, Benkovic and Soyuncu next season with Simpson and Morgan out the door. And make no mistake about it, they are the reason we were so leaky today. Anybody slagging Puel after that needs their head checked. Wolves are very good and have much better passers than us. You want to attack? This is what happens, you become susceptible to counter attacks and Wolves were clinical. This was the 2019 version of the Watford/Leicester playoff. It's a character building game for our young team. We didn't sack Nige off the back of that game remember and went on to win the Championship the next season so STFU and show a bit of faith in the manager. We are a few signings off being a really good team. The players play for him so we should support him, end of.
Livid Posted 19 January 2019 Posted 19 January 2019 It's been some time since I've seen us "Leicester" a game like that. Obviously the club is on Catch 22, we can defend and not attack or attack and not defend. So much naivety from start to finish.

yorkie1999 Posted 19 January 2019 Posted 19 January 2019 What does coming back from an offside position mean?
