I think if the rest of the team are up for it and Hamza just has to play the Kante role without the ball he's great. 

 

But it Ndidi is at CDM and Hamza is meant to be a box to box midfielder, he's out of his depth at this level.

Also Ndidi off for Albrighton.  I think Hamza is doing much more than Ndidi this game so I would keep Hamza on.
