VAR is genuinely ruining the game for me. I accepted refs might miss stuff like that because they can't see everything, but for someone to watch a replay of that and think that doesn't warrent any card at all is an absolute disgrace.

So that's the fault of the official, not necessarily VAR?

 

It worked in the Palace/Derby game. Michael Oliver missed Milivojevic giving a little headbutt to Huddlestone and a yellow got upgraded to a red...

The guy on VAR like normal doesn't want to over rule his mate which is exactly why the referee should be asked to go to the monitor himself and review it. Exactly as happened yesterday in the palace match.

Yeah. When I blame VAR I'm blaming the idiots using it, not necessarily the system.

 

How Xhaka wasn't booked too is an absolute disgrace. Fed up of poor officiating in this country,
