Wow, I'm not surprised but I'm also gutted. I wanted a hung parliament to show that FPTP is a dead format and to get electoral form which is the hat this country really needs.

A Boris majority ****s that and takes the agenda off the table completely

Dark times ahead.  Starting with more ****ing around with Brexit for another 24 months and Scotland clearing off.

I was so nervous watching the results for the Scottish referendum that I stayed up all night.  I was so relieved as I thought if Scotland went then we'd vote to leave the EU....didn't matter in the end.  Now I've changed my view completely I hope Scotland do get a 2nd referendum and vote to leave the union, that's what i'd be voting for if I was Scottish.

Maybe Scotland will be like Ireland and we'll see loads of people leaving England to live there.

Except Scottish independence is crazier than Brexit is.

For the less politically aware, why @reynard

Because a party with a large majority can put through anything it likes without being properly challenged in the parliamentary procedure which tends to end up with certain groups in society being further marginalised and feeling alienated. A small decent majority works best in terms of government policy being properly debated, scrutinised and changed for the better. This applies which ever colour of party wins.
