We dominated them with the diamond and put up three goals, and they're better than Norwich. The problem isn't the formation - it's that we had N'didi and Choudhury playing in it.

We looked a bit shaky in the opening few minutes at Villa Park, but found more and more into it. Should expect a different start to the game today. Looking forward to it. And on paper, Norwich are also a tad bit weaker than the Villa.
Les-TA-Jon Posted 14 December 2019 Posted 14 December 2019 Difference is, Villa were the home side, so their full backs pushed on, leaving Vardy and Nacho 2 on 2. With Norwich as the away side that’s less likely.

Bazly Posted 14 December 2019 Posted 14 December 2019 Has the game started already? The diamond could work well in the games either side of Christmas. It'd be high risk but with the potential for high reward if we can foul in midfield as much as Citeh do and get away with it as much as Citeh do.

Says he and everyone else have been disrespectful to us over the last few weeks and that Villa was one of the most complete performances they've seen.
