Yeah lose 1 in 10 and we are desperate to buy as our wide players are shit

Nothing to do with results, if you want to mix with the best, you have to address your weaknesses.

Which area of the team would you consider our weakest?

not really heads gone. we have always needed the wide man since mahrez left.. it’s 100% the most critical next signing

We had more possession in the second half but didn’t do much with it.  Norwich actually had the better chances.

I still don’t think the formation was the problem, the performance was.  Pukki rode Soyuncu like a rented mule all day and most of the side was off the pace.

The performance was poor but I felt in the first 20 of the second half we built up a head of steam and they were hanging on. I’ll admit though that last ten they could and maybe should have won.

But in terms of pure structure and control we didn’t have it first half but did in the second. But we didn’t utilise it as you say!

Should have threw albrighton in the middle with 15 to go to to have had some energy in there. Needed his energy.

I agree with this but think the reason Rodgers didn’t do it is he would have to hook one of the subs which could damage their confidence. Though Maddison was anonymous outside of set piece delivery I don’t think he or Tielemans could be withdrawn.

Any news on the elderly fan that was getting attended to by paramedics after the final whistle? Hope he was ok but didn't look good :(.

Today was a struggle they played well above their League position and we played well below ours. I would have kept Kelechi on. We seemed to lose a bit of impetus when he came on. But they were killing us down the right hand side.

Teliemens could have been dragged at half time. Was poor again

Ok so not our best performance, too many having an off day and we just didn’t click. Fair play to Norwich they came and did a job on us. But in true ft fashion the criticism of many of our players is a bit over the top. Had bad game? Sell them, burn them at the stake or whatever. Nobody died, we drew a football match that on paper we should have won. Move on. We are still a good side

It was just a bad day at the office.

To be fair to Norwich, are they really that bad?! We’ve played worse teams this season. They setup to stifle the fullbacks and it worked. Maybe Perez would have been a better option, however what’s done is done. We move on and go again.

We need to beat Liverpool. For the sake of the countries sanity, as all the fans will be insufferable if they go unbeaten all season.

tbf there’s something in it, you look round at the team and the one area that often doesn’t quite tick over as well as the others it’s the wide men. And it’s not like we have a shortage of them.

Put it this way if we were doing any business in January it should be that area we look to strengthen. And maybe Greys had his time here.

Well this brings to an end the run of nine games against lower half opposition.  Plenty of potential banana skins and we amassed 25 points out of 27 which is remarkable.

Sometimes it doesn't click, sometimes you are under par, sometimes the opposition step up or they just don't suit you.  It happens.  Liverpool struggled today by all accounts.  Our team has not suddenly become rubbish, just an off day in the context of the bigger picture.  Let's stay positive and onto the next one.

Yeah no drama whatsoever. Incredible run that had to come to an end at some point. Didn't expect it to be today and maybe the players didn't either but we got out with a point so onwards and upwards

First time this season that Brendan might have got things wrong. The diamond just wasn't working. At least he was proactive and changed the shape. Unfortunate for Nacho and Praet but needed doing. Could well have been different if we'd scored first, One point and move on. Thought the 3000 at Villa made more noise than the 32000 at the KP.
