The clubs ain't gonna come out on comment on transfer business pal

Obviously. But more often than not you hear of what figure was bid from a reliable source.

Hi Top, any news on the ground development?

just had a quote but we want it cheaper, hopefully the firm will reduce this as we don’t agree it will cost that much.

...we are not guaranteed first refusal on loanees!!!

We are in effect developing another teams player and paying for the pleasure.

Who said we’re guaranteed anything? All I’m saying is if cash is tight then a loan deal could be a good option.

As I said IF we have met etiennes prior valuing, which was around 25-30 million, and they still haven't accepted it, that's unprofessional. But I'm not sure we have. Just meet their price already ffs

If so, then Saint-Etienne took the Ulloa page out of Leicester's playbook.

..no one said there was a guarantee!!!

I was just stating what the problems would be should we go down the route of loans.

If we were to buy a striker or winger I wouldnt have an issue with a loan deal for whatever position. If we need to watch the budget for the season I think it’s a good option.

It’s not happening lads. We’re throwing interest at anyone who sounds Turkish in a desperate hark back to better transfer windows. I’m not in the know. But join the dots, lads. Join the dots.

Has anywhere official actually said how much the rejected bid was?

40 million. But Vardy faxed a signed picture of his own scrotum to Puel, and now it’s all off. I’m definitely in the know. You can trust me.

I have a good feeling on hitting a hundred pages on this one!

On a serious note, 25m doesn't sound too bad, wonder if they'd take Slimani, Ghezzal and Silva with 20m.

It would probably be £30mil to include that deal.

We clearly need a centre back. I'm slightly concerned this will drag on like the guy we tried to buy in January and collapse at the last minute leaving us next to no time to get in someone decent.

It’s time to move on and offer Morgan another 5 years. This will give our recruitment Team sufficient windows to find a center back.

I’m sorry but i’m really going to need them to get this deal done soonish.

If someone could contact  the club and let them know, that would be great. Thanks.

Looks like Wilf will be at CB again on Sunday then.

Even if we'd got Fofana late last week, he'd be quaramtining for 14 days and would miss Burnley.

I'm not sure that's the case. When Donny Van Der Beek signed for Utd he didn't have to.

Im assuming he’s get tested, go to a hotel, when the result comes back he’d hop on a plane and fly over here.

...is that a definite summary of the process, as I would have thought players would be tested as part of the "elite bubble"!!!

Your man in the street would be subjected to quarantine but I did not believe this was imposed on players. The Belgian squad registered a positive CV19 reading, we had Belgian players who played for us less than a week later having been part of the Belgian squad.
